The Shopping of Jerusalem is concentrated in the town center, along Jaffa street.

1. The Old City
The Old City is a big market. It has narrow streets with small shops selling T-shirts, souvenirs of all kinds, Jewelry, religious related items, art and also food.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stop “City Hall” then walk 10 minutes.
2. Mamilla Shopping Center
A modern and beautiful shopping center right in front of Jaffa gate. It is 600 meters long and open to the sky. There are big fashion chains like Zara, Gap, Castro and more. Many cafés also. A very convenient location and a good place to shop if you want to buy items from big fashion stores.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stop “City Hall” then walk 10 minutes.
3. Ben-Yehuda walking street
It is located in a “triangle” of the streets : Yaffo, King-George and Hillel. The area is full of small shops and cafés and restaurants. It is the city center of Jerusalem and also a nightlife zone.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stop “City Hall” or “Jaffa Center”
4. Yaffo street
It is the street in which the Tram (light train) is passing from the Central Bus Station to the Old city. There is no traffic in this street, except the Tram, so it is a kind of a pleasant walking street, full of small shops.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stops: City Hall, Jaffa Center, Ha-Davidka, Mahane-Yehuda.
5. Mahane Yehuda Market
The main food market of Jerusalem. It has also some small bars to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stop: Mahane-Yehuda.
6. Central Bus Station
It is a medium sized building and it has some small shops in it. There is a “Super pharmacy” and telecom stands and small fashion shops and a lot of food.
How to get there :
With the Tramway, stop: Central Bus Station.
7. Cinema City
It is an entertainment mall. There are mostly places to eat and cinemas but also some shops. You may enter this mall if you are going to visit the Israel Museum.
How to get there :
By walking 15 minutes from the central bus station or with Bus number 14 or 66 from the central bus station.
8. Malha mall
If you need a really big mall with all the fashion chains that exist in Israel and a big Supermarket so this is the place. It is located very far from the center, in the south of the city, near the train station “Malha” and the Zoo. (5 Km from the Central Bus station).
How to get there :
From the Bus Central Station : bus number 31.
